Hello, my name is Melissa Burnett, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of USC. I have 10 years mental health experience in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, improving communication skills, relationship issues and more. This practice offers individual therapy services for adults providing availability Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm and other hours by special request. My hopes are to provide more individual therapy services to those who have long office hours, commute, or simply have irregular work schedules. Treatment services for those who suffer from Depression, various forms of Anxiety, trauma, wish to improve communication skills, relationship issues, and more. While I focus primarily on interventions using CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to alleviate symptoms and improve coping skills, I will always tailor treatment to suit your needs. Through my private practice, which can be accessed via Monarch, I accept the following insurance plans: Cigna, United Behavioral Health, UMR, United Healthcare and cash pay (cash rates can be discussed). To expand on my practice and provide services via additional insurance providers, I also accept referrals through Rula which permits me to see individuals with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross And Blue Shield Of Ma, Blue Shield Of Ca, Carelon, Cigna, Decent, Kaiser Permanente (Southern CA), MHN, Optum, Tricare West, and Kaiser Medicare Advantage (Southern Ca).
